What we collect

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with AgentKYZ, the features you use, and the information you or your organisation choose to provide.

Account and contact data. Name, work email address, company name, job title, and other details you provide when you contact us, book a demo, or create an account.
Service data. Documents, onboarding information, due diligence materials, screening results, research inputs, and other information submitted to or generated inside AgentKYZ.
Communications. Emails, support requests, feedback, and other correspondence you send to us.
Google login data. If you sign in with Google, we may receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile image for authentication.
Usage and device data. IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referrer information, page activity, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
Cookies and similar technologies. Session cookies, preference cookies, security cookies, and analytics data that help the Service function and help us understand performance.

How we use it

To provide, maintain, and improve AgentKYZ and related support services.
To create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and protect the security of the Service.
To process KYC, AML, onboarding, remediation, and workflow activities requested by you or your organisation.
To communicate with you about support issues, updates, security notices, and operational messages.
To monitor performance, troubleshoot problems, and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements, policies, and legitimate business interests.

AgentKYZ may offer Google Sign-In to help you authenticate. At this time we use Google only for login and account authentication. We do not use Google APIs through this website to access your calendar, contacts, files, or other Google account data.

If you use Google Sign-In, your use of Google services remains subject to the terms and privacy practices of Google.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only where necessary to operate the Service, comply with the law, or protect our rights.

Service providers that help us with hosting, infrastructure, security, authentication, analytics, communications, support, and technical operations.
Professional advisers, auditors, and similar providers that support compliance, legal, or operational needs.
Authorities, regulators, courts, or law enforcement where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.
A buyer, investor, or successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
Other parties when you direct us to share information or otherwise give consent.

You can ask us to update inaccurate or incomplete account information.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by email.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

AgentKYZ is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact enquiries@agentkyz.com so we can review and remove the data where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page and revise the effective date shown at the top. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means the updated policy applies to you.
